Extended open hours Monday through Friday, from 6:30am to 6:30pm and
Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Participants may attend all six days or
any individual days they choose.

We accomplish our
mission by improving the physical, spiritual and emotional health of
individuals and families thru providing a comprehensive range of health,
education, and social services for those facing the challenges of
chronic disease, disability and aging.
